Application: It is widely used in drying, baking and heat treatment of materials in laboratories in petroleum, coal, mining, medical, chemical and other industries.
Description
The drying oven uses hot air to heat and dehydrate the material. We can provide drying ovens of various sizes to meet your different experimental requirements. The shell of the equipment is made of 1.5mm thick cold-rolled plate, which is resistant to high temperature. The inner wall is made of 1.2mm stainless steel plate, and the whole is reinforced with a stainless steel frame, which is strong and durable. 100mm thick aluminum silicate fiber is used for heat preservation between the outer wall and the inner shell, which has good heat preservation performance and high drying efficiency.
Advantages

The temperature can be adjusted from RT-300°C, and the temperature rises by 4-5°C per minute.
Equipped with an over-temperature protection mechanism, when the temperature exceeds the set temperature, the heating power will be cut off automatically, and the buzzer will alarm at the same time.
Principle
The electric heating tube of the drying box can be set on the top, side or bottom of the box, and there is a partition to separate it from the inside of the box. When working, the air passes through the heating zone, the air heats up, enters the inner cavity of the box through the small hole of the chamber, and is discharged from the chamber on the other side to form a circulating hot air, thereby realizing material heating and dehydration.
