1. Lab Shaking Table- gravity separation equipment

Lab 6S shaking table

  • It is the equipment for mineral ore separation. The shaking table has a wide application of separation alluvial gold, and sand minerals like coal, copper, tungsten, rare earth, etc.
  • The shaking table consists of three major parts: bed surface, frame, and transmission mechanism. In addition, there are flushing channels, ore feeding channels, machine bases, etc. The entire bed surface is supported or lifted by a main frame, and the mainframe is with a slope adjustment device.
  • The mineral processing shaking table makes the ore particles move in different directions according to their density and particle size, unfold diagonally from the ore feeding trough in a fan-shaped manner, sequentially discharging along the edge of the bed surface. The discharge line is long and accurately produces various products of different quality, such as concentrate, secondary concentrate, intermediate concentrate, and tailings.  
  • The 6S shaking table is the lab equipment in mining separation. The 6S shaking table has a total length of 5.6 meters, a width of 1.85 meters, a height of 0.75 meters, an area of 10.36 square meters, and an effective frame separation area of 7.67 square meters. The bed surface is made of fiberglass, called a fiberglass shaking table.

  • Gemini shaker, also known as customized shaking or precious metal shaking table, has an ideal particle size between 30 microns and 2mm. It is suitable for separating fine and fine rare metals, ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, precious metals, and other minerals and coal. Low energy consumption will maximize the beneficiation rate in ores. It is an independent beneficiation equipment and works with jig machines, spiral chutes, gold centrifugal concentrators, or other beneficiation equipment.
  • The working principle of this machine is to utilize the comprehensive effect of factors such as the specific gravity difference of the sorted minerals and the backward movement of the bed surface, as well as the horizontal inclined water flow, the factors in the bed strip to make the minerals lose and layered on the bed surface, and produce different products through fan-shaped zoning.

2. Gold Centrifugal Concentrator-gravity separation equipment

The gold centrifuge concentrator is one of the modern gravity separation equipment. It has a large processing capacity, a wide range of particle size separation, and simple operation and maintenance. It is widely used for rough or fine separation of gold, tin, tungsten, titanium, hematite, etc. The gold centrifuge concentrator is an essential gravity separation equipment developed and produced by adopting the principle of gravitational acceleration. It is suitable for recovering single gold from sand gold, vein gold, and polymetallic mines, replacing mercury plate operations. It is also suitable for selecting gold containing heavy sand washed from spiral chutes and gold mining dredging boats.

Structure: The gold centrifuge consists of a feeding tube, a frame, a tailings tank, a double-layer centrifugal cylinder, a driving motor, a vertical shaft, and other components to form a sand gold separator.

Application of centrifuges: It is widely used in mineral processing plants to separate heavy minerals like gold, silver, copper, and tin from lighter minerals.

3. Spiral chute- gravity separation equipment

  • Working principle: Spiral chute separation belongs to the inclined surface flow sorting process. Put mineral mortar on some inclined grooves or slopes. Under the push of water, the mineral particle group is loose and layered. The upper part of the light mineral quickly flows out of the groove, while the lower part of minerals with a large proportion stay inside the slot or discharge from the bottom at a low speed. Obtaining the light minerals and heavy minerals, we get concentrate and tailings.
  • The spiral chutes are for mining and mineral processing, especially ideal equipment for sand mining in coastal areas, riverbanks, sandbanks, and river beds. The product has the advantages of reasonable structure, simple installation, small land occupation, easy operation, stable beneficiation, clear separation of ore, large production capacity, high efficiency, high beneficiation enrichment ratio, high recycling rate, and reliable operation. It has the advantages of lightweight, moisture-proof, rust-proof, noncorrosive, and highly applicable in feeding volume or density, particle size, and grade.
Application:

Spiral chutes are suitable for separating fine-grained iron ore, titanium iron ore, chromium iron ore, sulfur iron ore, sand tin, tantalum niobium ore, gold ore, coal, monazite, rutile, zircon, rare earth, and other metal and non-ferrous metal minerals with completely different densities.

4. Lab Jig Separator- gravity separation equipment

  • The lab jig separator belongs to the deep slot separating operation and uses water as the beneficiation medium. By utilizing the difference in specific gravity between the minerals and gangue, particles with high strength enter the bottom layer due to local pressure and settling speed. When particles with low-density move to the upper layer and the water flow decreases, small particles with high density enter the lower layer through the increasingly tight bed gap. Complete the process of sorting materials based on density differences during a vertical ascending and descending variable speed medium flow. The differences in particle size and shape of materials will affect the beneficiation results.
  • The medium for lab jig separator processing can be either water or air. When water is the sorting medium, it is called hydraulic jigging separation; When air is the sorting medium, it is called wind jigging separation. The operation of the jig separator machine produces a positive arc waveform of the jumping platform cycle curve, which has the characteristic of uniform upward water flow. It has mineral processing advantages like large processing capacity, high recovery rate, and continuous operation.

5. Vibrating Blanket Chute- Gravity Separation Equipment

  • The mining blanket machine is a new type of series of gravity separation equipment. The sorting principle is to achieve separating through different densities and strengths of mineral forces in a composite force field. It is currently a widely used equipment in tailings recovery. It is a unique mineral processing equipment with a small footprint but a large working area, resulting in a large processing capacity and high recovery rate. It fully reduces costs, improves profits, and saves resources, suitable for purifying various rare metal minerals and other products. Compared to traditional gravity beneficiation equipment (shaking table, spiral chute, jig separator), blanket chutes have the advantages of a high ore enrichment ratio, high sorting efficiency, easy supervision, easy adjustment, and the ability to obtain concentrate and tailings at once in gravity beneficiation.
  • There are various models and types of blanket chutes. Different blanket chutes are for recovering raw ore or fine-grained minerals, with a high recovery rate for tailings with finer particle sizes. There are various types of blanket machines, including vibrating blanket machines and oscillating blanket machines.
  • All blanket chutes are automatic or discharge.
